These are some pictures taken on September 9th 2004. Jessica had to rescue this praying mantis from the neighbor's home, I guess it got in and everyone was afraid to touch it. It turned out to be a very friendly praying mantis. When I went to release it into my garden, it kept jumping back onto my hand and crawling up my arm. It was very photogenic and I got some very nice pictures of it.
